• Educate clients on life insurance and financial protection options
• Assess client needs and recommend suitable policies

• Manage leads, follow-ups, and referrals
• Attend team training sessions and professional development workshops
• Maintain compliance with all industry regulations and company standards

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to obtain a state life insurance license (training provided)
