LaSalle Network is looking for a Product Operations Coordinator to join an innovative retail operations team in Bolingbrook! In this fast-paced role, you’ll help keep product transitions running smoothly, ensure SKU accuracy, and support buyers and brand partners across multiple systems.

What’s the job?

• Maintain SKU accuracy and disposition updates in internal systems

• Partner with buyers to manage markdowns and product transitions

• Create and process RTV/DIF requests and ensure proper documentation

• Communicate updates to cross-functional teams with attention to detail and urgency

• Troubleshoot issues and help develop efficient solutions

What’s needed?

• Minimum 2 years of administrative or product operations experience

• Strong Excel skills; familiarity with SAP, Power BI, or Tableau a plus

• Clear communicator with exceptional attention to detail

• Creative thinker with strong initiative and a positive attitude

• Able to prioritize and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
