**RN Operating Room Service Line Specialist II (Full Time-Days)-Surgery** _Bring your passion to Texas Health so we are Better + Together_ **Work location:** Texas Health Dallas, 8200 Walnut Hill Ln, Dallas, TX 75231 **Work hours:** Full Time- 40 Hours; Days Monday-Friday 0630-1500 **Surgery highlights:** · Texas Health Dallas has 24 Main OR Suites, 2 Endovascular rooms, 3 Robot rooms, 2 Heart rooms. · Fast Paced, High Volume of Open Vascular, Endo Vascular, and Hearts · Level I Trauma facility. Strong Minimally Invasive CV program **Here's What You Need** · Associate degree Nursing required or Nursing Diploma · BSN (Preferred) · 1 Year Experience as a registered nurse or completion of an RN residency program (Required) · 1 Year OR specialty experience based on specific service line needs (Preferred) · CNOR Certification (Preferred) · Active membership in the Association of Perioperative Registered Nurses (AORN) (Preferred) · Experience in clinical education, staff development, or a related teaching background · In-depth understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in Level I/II Trauma Center environment · RN - Registered Nurse Upon Hire (Required upon hire) · BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support (Required upon hire) **What You Will Do** · OR Circulating - Collaborates with other team members (including anesthesiologist, surgeon, surgical technologist, etc) to ensure the safety of patients during the operation. · Serves as clinical liaison to staff, surgeons and vendors. Promotes engagement through open lines of communication. Organizes face-to-face meetings as needed. Communicates products and services.
